Yoga For Racket Sports Tennis, Table Tennis, Squash, Racquetball
In all racquet sports (tennis, table tennis, squash, Racquetball), you
need an explosive move in the direction of the ball.
This requires flexibility and strength. As you close on the ball, you
have to make adjustments to your stride length and then you need to
place yourself to hit the shot with your racket.
Speed and power is required, so you need make your legs stronger, also
you need to strengthen your waist to get the power and placement behind
the shot.
